Charter President Rtn. Nilesh Patil: As the first-ever president, his role is foundational. He sets the tone, culture, and initial roadmap for the club’s service projects and fellowship.
Charter Secretary Rtn. Mahesh Shinde: The "backbone" of the club. The secretary manages records, communication with Rotary International, and ensures the administrative gears turn smoothly.

We are honoured to welcome Rtn. Flt Lt. K.P. Nagesh, a distinguished industrialist, educator, social activist, and Rotarian. His remarkable journey across entrepreneurship, public service, and philanthropy reflects his dedication to skill development, rural empowerment, and leadership excellence.

Rtn. Arun is born in a family, who respects joint family culture, no wonder he is blessed with values, which made him spiritual, humble, social & ethical. He is a graduate of Civil Engineering with a bright educational career. He is University Ranker & is an accomplished consultant, valuer & Building Contractor. Rtn. Arun is known for his expertise in construction of Industrial structures, showrooms, Hotels, commercial complexes, Multiplex Theaters, educational institutes & Bunglows.
His vast experience in the field was recognized by Indian Institute of Engineers & Indian Council of Arbitration by bestowing the coveted membership. He is Member of Indian Council of Arbitration, Govt. approved valuer: Chartered Engineer & recipient of Award of excellence from various professional organizations which includes CREDAI & Institution of Engineers (India), like Excellence in Construction Awards 1999 & 2001, Best Engineer Award, Abhiyanta Gourav Puraskar. Also he was bestowed with Sarvotkrusth Abhiyanta Puruskar 2024 by Association of Engineers & Architects, Ichalkaranji and J. K. Cement and many mores.
Rtn. Arun possesses excellent leadership skills which were demonstrated when he was the President of Builders Association of India, Engineers & Architects Association at Ichalkaranji.
Socially & professionally he is associated with Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Indian Red Cross Society, Kolhapur Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Kolhapur District Kho-Kho Association & Ichalkaranji Church.His involvement & exemplified Service to the community is honoured with - SAMAJ RATNA national award.
ROTARY invites citizens of good standing in the vocation & community to be the members. Rtn. Arun was inducted in 1997 to the R.C. of Ichalkaranji. His contribution in strengthening the club is recognized with BEST ROTARIAN Award by his club, similarly, he was adjudged as the Best Secretary of the District in 2002-03.
Rtn. Arun served his club as President in 2010-11 & was bestowed with 20 Awards with Best President Award along with 15 other District Awards, 4 Rotary International Awards, namely,
The District leaders aptly identified his potentials & gave him opportunities to develop him as an established Rotary leader through various District Assignments, namely, Dist. Chair Co ordinator (DCC), District Secretary, Conference Secretary, Gov. Area Aide & Asst. Governor. He had carried out all these assignments with excellence. So he bestowed with Best DCC, Best Asst. Governor, Best Governor's Area Aide, Best District Secrertary Awards. He has established R.C. of Hatkanagale Central as a GSR. Rtn. Arun was instrumental in inducting 54 members to the Rotary family.
